what visa categories for filing a petition for half brother

i would like to know what route should my sister file in order to petition for my half brother? any suggestion? i really do appreciated it.

Firstly Sister will need to be a US Citizen, and secondly, she needs to be BIOLOGICALLY related to brother.

NOTE: Family class F4 for siblings is taking something like 20 years for PI.

According to the link YuAndDan posted they are currently processing applications from 1986.. so that's a wait of over 20 yrs

About 22 years before the priority date would become current after the petition was submitted.

Perhaps your half brother could visit the USA, and if he were lucky find the love of his life, and perhaps that love could file for a K-1, or Spousal visa.

Other option is for brother to get educated in PI for a field or skill that US employers are willing to sponsor a work visa for.

Thats a good example. im thinking about my brother since my dad passed away 5 years ago. my sister and i we both in US. and atleast we want him to be with us. but to sad the process time will take that long. we have no choice =(
