Good day to all vj'rs. I am a new member to this site however i hve been reading it before i eventually join and i must admit that i have learned a lot of informative details which i kept asking myself ... I just want to ask you guys outthere that experiencing travelling With AP in hand, does it give you a hard time of coming back to US or was it all smooth and not have problems at all? Coz i plan on going back home and is afraid that they might hold me from coming back here.. thank you and hope you can share your experience here with me...

MY TIMELINE

08-22-08 Date filed AOS/AP/EAD

08-26-08 Received 3 NOA's

09-03-08 Received Biometrics Appmt. dated 09-18-08

09-18-08 Biometrics at Columbus Ohio 11am (went smooth)

10-21-08 CRIS AP approval notice sent

10-21-08 CRIS EAD card production ordered

10-25-08 Received AP in mail

10-29-08 Received EAD in mail

11-20-08 Received notice in mail case transferred to CSC dated Nov. 14

I didn't have a problem with using AP at all.

Jan 27, 2014 NOA received and cheque cashed

Feb 13, 2014 Biometrics scheduled

Nov 7, 2014 NOA received and interview scheduled

My husband was alllowed back in, but was questioned for quite some time upon his return and his bags were thoroughly searched. Just remember to bring both copies of it. My husband also only brought one and they said you were supposed to bring both (oops). Have fun travels!

I just used my AP couple of months ago and I had no problem at all, bring both copies though.....

K2 ROC Time line
08/31/11 - package sent to CSC
09/02/11 - package delivered(Labor day weekend)
09/07/11 - check cashed
09/21/11 - requested NOA replacement
09/29/11 - received replacement of NOA(no NOA date)
02/03/12 - email received card production ordered!!!
02/09/12 - GC received
N-400 Time line
09/05/12 - package sent to Phoenix AZ
09/07/12 - package received
09/10/12 - NOA sent
09/11/12 - check cashed, email and text received
09/13/12 - biometrics sent
09/14/12 - received NOA(took 4 days to received!!!)
09/15/12 - biometrics letter received
09/26/12 - finger print done
09/28/12 - placed in line for an interview schedule
11/21/12 - interview scheduled
11/28/12 - received interview letter
12/26/12 - INTERVIEW DAY at 2pm
12/31/12 - scheduled for oath ceremony
01/17/13 - OATH CEREMONY

I-30 Petition for Father

6/23/16 - sent application

6/29/16 - NOA1

8/03/16 - NOA2

9/19/16 - NVC approved notice thru email

9/25/16 - AOS fee paid online

it is advance Parole( travel Permit) while AOS is pending if you filed them .

12/22/2010- The packet was returned due to missing page.

12/23/2010- Resend the packet with complete pages.

12/29/2010- Check cashed in

01/03/2010- Receive NOA

01/10/2011- Email from USCIS for the Required Evidence( Finger printing)

01/26/2011-Biometric Schedule

02/07/2011-USCIS online status update-

02/12/2011- Received Interview Letter Scheduled March 14

02/12/2011- Received Descheduled letter

02/17/2011- USCIS online Status update

02/22/2011-New IL arrived schedule for March 29

02/22/2011-Descheduled Letter Again ( 2nd Time)

02/23/2011- I called USCIS and I was told new schedule in the computer for March 22

02/23/2011-USCIS ONline update....

03/01/2011-Interview Letter for March 22 @ 7:15 AM

03/22/2011- Interview and Oath; US Citizen

thank you for sharing your experiences with AP vj'rs... i am confident now that i will have no problem when travelling back home and coming back here... Thank you again.. you are all such a big help... i am beginning to be addicted on this site for i have learned a lot of infos base on their experiences...
