Yesterday I went in the very official USCIS building in LA. I met an officer of immigration. She was nice ! I wanted to tell it cuz' most of them are not... She replied to tons of my questions even if she couldn't get me what I wanted to comeback to the US.

One of my question was : Do you know if the processing time depends of your country ? She said "of course, some countries like yours (France) will have a fast process while other ones will have for sure longer process.

I will ask another question cuz' I don't want to open a new topic. I'm french, resident and citizen. But since december i spent 3 months in France and 9 months in the US. Could it be a problem for my approval on the K1 ? Cuz' I know that to be resident you have to stay at least 6 months per year in the country, right ?
