I typed the same letter for Ray except I changed a few things:

Fiance Letter of Intent

Fiance's typed name here

His Jamaica address

United Stated Department of Homeland Security

U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services

USCIS Vermont Service Center (Include your service center here, Vermont was mine)

Attn: I-129F

(I didn't date)

Dear Sir or Madam,

I (His Full Name), do herebt state that I am legally able and willing to marry (My Full Name) and intend to do so within 90 days of his arrival into the United States using the K-1 Visa.

Yours truly,

(He signs here)

(His typed name here)

Note: I had mine notarized, but he didn't need his notarized. Some people don't get either of them notarized, but I did mine only.

I typed as much as I could so that he only had to sign most of the forms. I also used those sign here stickers so he knew exactly where to sign. I hope this helps.

COngratulations SUNNY

Mrs P, dont know where your at tonight, but im slowly but getting the packet together, wanna mail it before thanksgiving... im gonna put dwaynes forms in the mail tomorrow.

i was trying to determine how much evidence to send in and do i send copies of our personal letters and emails and just white out the freaky parts....LMAO or just send copies of the envelopes and who has the kingston embassy address for me????

Honey for the letter of intent, I had Anthony write something then read it to me over the phone while I type it up, I had copies of his signiture so I just copied that to the letter, no notorization.

I know we did the CR1 but I sent in a letter of how we meet and final decided to marry each other. I copied photographs of our 8 year relationship. One of us from the first year meeting and some recent pictures with a few wedding pictures with us and then us with our family. That is all I sent. They don't need a lot of extra in the packet I was told for either visa. The letters and copies of pictures should be fine. Save all the rest of your documentation for the interview. Start making a binder and label all of the parts. When we went I had a binder so thick the guy laughed and said I was prepared and said most people don't come that well prepared.

How come on the days I have nothing to do at work it is quiet here :( Where is everyone? Don't make me dig up some controversial subject to get people all heated

I am so jealous. I wish I had nothing to do at work at times. Work is always so busy and these days so stressful. Wishing there was more time in the day to get things done. ;)
