Hi All,

My brother is bringing the reminder of our UK account - about $20k - into the US for us this weekend. And my son is bringing a wedding gift from my Dad which could well be excess of $10k.

My question is this. As they're bringing bankerss draft made out to me so are they safe to do so or they liable to have to declare it to customs?
