Hi everyone!! Is there anyone here who did not passed the medical examination? What are the common reason why you did not pass. I am just very curious about it. I am not yet having my medical examination yet. I just want to know it by now. Thank you all in advance.

I think most cases are because of HIV/AIDS, TB (until treated), sexually transmitted diseases, and some psychological reasons that would find the beneficiary someone that would harm themselves or others. Diseases that could place American's or others to your immigrating county at risk.

When I had my medical, the doctor mentioned that DUIs/ admitting to prior drug use are a major stumbling block. The DUI is not strictly a medical thing, but it's one of the questions they ask during the medical.

Yes, I agree with you. I think you are denied, then you can apply for a waiver. I believe there has been a few people that posted on VJ where that happened to them. I don't know that anyone has been successful.
