There's 10 of us here with NOA1 date within 20-30 days...good range to track progress

I think VSC is now working on Mid April to Mid May Files....any Thoughts???

I got a touch in October, nothing more after that. I am feeling a bit unfortunate who has I-129f filed in September. I wish, if that wouldn't had done, and I would have transfered to CSC by this week, as they r transfering the stand alone I130s. I am feeling really lonely cuz, I find no one in my shoe with some lil hope.

'soniasharmin' - You not alone....there are a couple of us here who filed both I 130 and I 129F.....Like my hubby said with VSC it's all a gamble, you never really know what they are going to do...you are damned if you do...damned if you don't. Let's hope and pray that our files get transferred next.

Then again CaNdiD wiTcH, your and my files were touched in Oct... did they put us in the non CSC transfer box??!!

this is a good thing! atleast you know someone is looking at your file. submit the paperwork that is requested and you will be on your way.

I go the following email about my case. I don't know if this is good or bad, and this is after my case was transferred

Application Type: I130 , IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN

Current Status: This case is now pending at the office to which it was transferred.

The I130 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN was transferred and is now pending standard processing at a USCIS office. You will be notified by mail when a decision is made, or if the office needs something from you.

There have been a couple of May and early June APPROVALS in the last couple of days...

Things might finally be be looking up for us

VSC has been busy issuing approvals this month...Keep them coming VSC...
