income problem....please advise

Filed: Timeline

can someone tell me if this would be a problem for the interview my income for

2005 = $ 7,160

2006 = $ 41,500

2007 = $ 7,750

i dont have any dependents or anything on 864 # 21 i put 1 for myself n 1 for wife

then i got a 864 for my sister and 864a for brother in law

sister's income

2005 = $ 10,296

2006 = $ 19,500

2007 = $ 18,600

brother in law income

2005 = $ 21,200

2006 = $ 40,300

2007 = $ 38,200

on there 864 question # 21 household size they put down 6 will this be enough income or do i need more...

You have to count the total number of people live with you or with your brother in law and then match up the numbers.

My understanding of the 864/poverty guidlines from a conversation i had with the NVC was that for additional sponsors you would take the total income of all the sponsors and then match that with the total dependents from the poverty table using the 125% column to see if enough income is shown.
