The interview set dates happen in the 2nd week of each month. So everyone whose NVC case went complete after Sept 20th or so is waiting until next week when the interviews will be scheduled. After that the NVC will mail the paperwork to your embassy, which then sends you the invitation letter and medical instructions.

So you just have to sit tight and wait at this time.

NVC will make the schedule. After you receive the scheduled date, then you can proceed with your medical and pay for the document verification. You can also call NVC for updates. My husband called NVC after our case was completed and they told us our schedule. Prepare your documents well for the interview. Godo Luck on the medical and interview. God Bless.
