Thanks Trinne :). Im still trying to be patient but its wearing thin hehe. I have other business to attend to aside from worrying about whether ill get my visa or not. Na-stress na tuloy ako *sigh*. Its different if you dont know where you stand eh.

I hear you dude.

In the whole process though, everythings been going smoothly and speedy enough. EXCEPT for the NSO DV. Its been stuck in there for almost 5 weeks now. Everyone we called told us to wait *sigh*. All i wanna know is if theres any progress with my DV or if there are any problems.

January 21, 2008 - NOA1

March 16, 2008 - NOA2

August 7&9,2008 - Medical K1&K2

August 21, 2008 - Paid document verification fee (P1,300)

August 27, 2008 - Interview

September 08,2008 - Document Verification request sent to NSO

Spetember 19,2008 - Document Verification done -sent back to US Embassy Manila

November 03, 2008 - Case under review

November 26, 2008 - VISA printed

November 28, 2008 - VISA in transit

December 02, 2008- VISA IN HAND

January 12, 2009 - Arrived USA, POE Los Angeles

January 21, 2009 - Got married

January 22, 2009 - Applied for SSN

February 10, 2009 - Went to Dr. Janet Pettyjohn for form I-693

February 11, 2009 - Sent our AOS packet to Chicago

February 12, 2009 - Packet received signed for by L BOX

February 22, 2009 - Received NOA1 for AOS, EAD & AP

March 17, 2009 - Biometrics Appointment

March 21, 2009 - SSN card arrived in the mail

April 6, 2009 - took driver's license exam and passed! (written and road test)

April 10, 2009 - Repeat Biometrics Appointment

April 14,2009 - Received AP documents in the mail

April 16, 2009 - Received EAD in the mail

SEptember 4, 2009 - GREENCARD received

The system is somehow bad but the management should be conscious of their target dates.. if they say one week verification schedule they should stick to it....what can i say more :( I just thought of an idea - will a group letter of follow-up work? For those waiting for 2 months and beyond could come up and sign a group letter of follow-up with NSO? Maybe not - might end up being snobbed and brushed aside to the trash bin - oh well, nevermind.

Can you imagine how it will be at NSO during the pre-christmas season??? Christmas parties abound in every department...would definitely slow things down a lot. Tsk, tsk, tsk...and I am looking at a Dec interview...hope I just get pink.... :whistle:

12-09-08 - INTERVIEW @ 6:30AM...God be with us! --- APPROVED!!!

12-11-08 - VISAS RECEIVED....YAHOOOOO!!!

04-07-09 - POE: Chicago O'hare

04-28-09 - received SSN's (after having to apply for them personally!!!!)

04-30-09 - Received our 2-year GREEN CARDS

01-07-09 - ROC, here we come!!!

01-18-11 - Mailed out I-751

Gosh! I am on the same boat. Seems like my DV is slower than a snail's pace. Maybe molasses? heheh...I dunno... All I could do right now is laugh at how ridiculous DV is taking when I could go to the NSO local office and get my documents myself in less than two hours wait! I am really getting pissed off, but have no way of venting really! And now we can't even inquire about the status of DV! GRR!! Called Lorraine yesterday and still no DV! "We are still awaiting the results of your document verification." How lame! When I paid my DV last Aug. 11 and apparently it was already forwarded to NSO since AUG 12 according to text inquiry.

It's been almost two months for my dv!!! Anyone else waiting as long as I have been?

Hello there.. S much!!!! Until now i dont still have a news what happened to document verification to the NSO. 5th week is done and still the result is not yet with the embassy.

Aug. 28, 2008 - interview / pay document verification fee and pay visa delivery fee / pink and whiteslip ( i didnt pay DV prior to my interview)

Aug. 29, 2008 - DELBROS texted me that my DV request in with the NSO Aug. 29, 2008

Until now, no news if my DV was done... Im wondering what is the time phrase for me to received my visa????

When will i received it????
