SEPT. & OCTOBER 2008 - K1 TO AOS FILERS

Timeline

HI FOLK'S :unsure:

IM PLANNING TO FILE AOS THIS FIrST WEEK OF OCT., bUT THEN HERE IN WASHINGTON STATE CIVIL SURGEON HERE are pain on the assssssssss, COz they force me to get the whole P.E (Physical exam ) which suppose not .

It made me so delay and worried coz my expration of my arrival date here WHICH IS this coming Oct 16 ... so i was thinking bout asked the uscis ....

and then i called the uscis and the agent forwarded me to their SUpervisor that the only thing the C.S would do is to get done my supplementaL record ( idk what the heck it is) and C.S here are retarded ,confused .. Im NoW im confuse :wacko: ..

I dont know what to do , and by Monday i called aNOTHER C.S and get an appointment On MOnday ill try to find out and i hope i could file on first week of Oct. before its GETTINg LATE.

Any advice for me .
