New sets of CO's at the USEM?

Hey guys! as i was reading lots of posts & interview experiences here, i'm not sure if i'm correct or not, but i guess right now we have a new sets of Co at the USEM... according to some here, the CO's that supposed to review their DV left & needs to wait for another CO to arrived. this also cause their visa delays. pagkaka alam ko kasi every year my rotation din mga Consul, bcoz my brother before used to work with one of the Consul in the embassy & was now assigned to Iraq...unluckily, d kami umabot sa CO na yun...LOL!

I know a CO that works in Central America and she does 90 days working, and home for 30. Maybe they do same in Manila.
