Current Status: Approval notice sent.

just checked, uscis.gov and i got good news..i am new to this forum

what is the next step now???

by the way, i filled I-130 in 3rd week of Feb 2008

Well, congratulations!!

Check the next steps on the tabs that say: guides and wiki. you can find James shortcuts. Also, somewhere in this CR1 forum you can find Loto's guide to NVC. So you can "fly through" it and get to the consulate faster. ;)

Form I-130 sent to Chicago - 03/18/08 (Case in VSC)

NOA 1 - 03/26/08

Updates - 04/01/08; 06/16/08; 06/17/08

NOA 2 - 01/23/09

NVC received papers - 01/30/09

NVC generated DS 3032 and AOS bill - 02/02/09

DS 3032 sent by e-mail and snail mail - 02/02/09

NVC replied my e-mail confirming my choice of agent - 02/06/09

AOS bill received - 02/07/09

AOS bill and IV bill paid online - 02/07/09

08-03-2009 - Received NOA for I-485 and I-765.

08-10-2009 - Received Biometrics appointment letter. Appt is on 09-02-2009 (DONE) Easy

09-15-2009 - I-765 Approved, Card production ordered

10-20-2009 - I-485 Appt Set

10-20-2009 - APPROVED!! Fast and easy 10-15 min interview.

i can not check with NVC to see if they received my case and case number is assigned as i got approved but did not get the post mail, right?
