I have noticed the same kind of mistake (wrong date) in my I-134 form that I got from my fiance. Also was wondering about correcting it. Don't know what to do.

What is the magnitude of the perceived error?

What is the difference between the dates.. A few days or a few months?

So, we decided that my fiance would send the correct form to me again. It is better not to risk having the form with some error.
