Steps after IV bill is paid??

Hi Guys,

The NVC just generated our IV Bill of $400. I just paid it online and would like to know what would be the very next step? Can I directly send the DS-230 form or should I wait for the instruction package?? If anyone can let me know the whole process from here till the interview day, I would really appreciate it. Also if you can mention approx. days each step will take.

I-130 Sent : 2007-08-29 <----yeah amazing huh?????

I-130 NOA1 : 2008-01-16

I-130 Approved : 2008-08-26

NVC Received : 2008-09-03

Received DS-3032 / I-864 Bill : 2008-09-15

Pay I-864 Bill 2008-09-15

Receive I-864 Package :

Return Completed I-864 : 2008-09-20

Return Completed DS-3032 : 2008-09-15

Receive IV Bill : 2008-09-23

RFE Yikes! 2008-10-28

More RFE's : Need a different police clearance and photographs were rejected (twice) 1-20-09

NVC case completed!! 2009-2-18

Medical Exam 2009-3-25 (what a healthy indian:) must be all the veggies lol!

Interview Date: 2009-4-02

Wife getting anxious! 2009-4-02...recieved the call from him, then jumped up and down in circles and cried (so like me)

Visa in hand: 2009-4-03 God thank you for all the understanding, God bless us and our love...you are amazing and I have always and will always praise you through any storm.

if u paid it online, u can print the barcoded coversheet and u can send ur ds230 already.. but if u paid it the usual process, u hav to wait for the instruction packet from NVC..

02/16/12 - mailed I-130

02/27/12 - NOA1 petition received(hubby's birthday!)

06/06/12 - NOA2 stating I-130 approved

06/29/12 - NVC received case

07/09/12 - case entered in the system,assigned MNL # and IIN,email add given

07/12/12 - beneficiary emailed DS-3032, auto response received

07/18/12 - AOS fee bill/paid "IN PROCESS"

07/20/12 - AOS fee bill shows "PAID", mailed AOS package

07/25/12 - received AOS

07/25/12 - IV Fee Bill Invoiced, paid $230.00 "IN PROCESS"

07/26/12 - IV Fee bill shows "PAID"

07/28/12 - mailed IV Package

08/03/12 - received DS 230 packet

08/14/12 - sent RFE

08/16/12 - NVC received RFE

08/21/12 - log in failed

08/22/12 - case complete!

09/26-27/12 - medical at SLMC

10/04/12 - interview

12/01/12 - Left Philippines

Thanks for the reply. I have paid it online and I am still waiting for the status to change to "Paid", the status is still "In Process" right now. But I just wanted to confirm that once the status changes to Paid, I am suppose to do the same thing as I did with the AOS package.

Do I need to get the DS-230 signed by my husband?

yes u can once it says paid, u can print the oversheet already.. for the ds230, u have ur husband sign just the part 1.. he should send it to u now with the docs so u can get it asap.. and send it in once ure able to print the coversheet..

3/13 - RFE letter FINALLY received - and document that we sent NOW resent back to VSC grrrrowling

3/19 case resumed processing

3/20 touched

3./21 touched

3/23 Easter bunny touched again

4/01 - APPROVED I-130

4/02 - touched

4/07 - received hard copy approval

NVC JOURNEY BEGINS

4/07 NV Case number assigned

4/08 AOS, DS and all fees paid online

6/09 tax transcript for 2007 just became available -whoot

6/20 NVC receives everything nothing more to give them now just close eyes and pray

6/23 NVC enters into system

6/26 NVC - RFE uggh - wants all three years of Federal tax return listed and they lost originals or so they say - DING DING ROUND TWO

7/25 NVC Case completed whooottttttttt

8/7 Case forward to US EMBASSY LONDON OH YEAHHHHHHHH -

Embassy - case out for delivery to embassy via DHL sneaky us lol

08/10Received

08/19 Medical Exam completed - healthy oh yeah!!!!!!!!

9/26 @8am -Interview - approved VISA IN HAND OMG WHOOT!!! HELLO AMERICA MY LUV

POE- Atlanta then MCO - October 15th with the cat "GIT" on board lol - POE SUPER SWEET

Husband home finally - god what a journey....but after 400+ days we made it
