I got transfered to CSC on 8/26. Last touch on 9/1. :help:

USCIS

Feb. 8, 2008 -- I-130 Sent to Chicago Lockbox

Feb. 10, 2008 -- I-130 Received by USCIS

Feb. 25, 2008 -- NOA 1 Received from VSC

Aug. 26, 2008 -- Case Transfered to CSC

Touched: 8/27; 8/28; 8/29: Received and Pending @ CSC

Touched: 9/1; 9/25; 9/26

Sept. 26, 2008 -- Approved. :)

Sept. 27, 2008: Touched

Oct. 2, 2008: Received NOA2 in mail

NVC

Sept. 30, 2008 -- Case Received @ NVC

Sept. 30, 2008 -- NVC Case # Assigned

Oct. 6, 2008 -- DS-3032 Generated / AOS Generated

Oct. 7, 2008 -- DS-3032 mailed to NVC

Oct. 9, 2008 -- Got IIN from AOS package mailed by NVC

Oct. 9, 2008 -- AOS fee paid online

Oct. 10, 2008 -- AOS fee payment status PAID

Oct. 10, 2008 -- I-864 package mailed to NVC

Oct. 10, 2008 -- DS-3032 received and entered into system

Oct. 14, 2008 -- IV Fee Generated/ IV Fee paid online

Oct. 15, 2008 -- IV Fee payment status PAID

Oct. 17, 2008 -- DS-230 package mailed to NVC

Oct. 17, 2008 -- I-864 package cleared at NVC [No RFE]

Oct. 20, 2008 -- NVC received DS-230 package

Oct. 27, 2008 -- DS-230 RFE: PCC from passport office -- Expected.

Oct. 29, 2008 -- Mailed PCC to NVC.

Nov. 5, 2008 -- CASE COMPLETE

Nov. 25, 2008 -- Interview date assigned: January 28, 2009

got transfered to CSC on 8/27. last touch was on 9/8. nothing since. how many more weeks??

i have a feeling, your approval is coming before the end of this month.

USCIS (Vermont Service Center) Journey

Mailed I-130 Packet on 05/27/08

Approved: 12/23/08

NVC Journey

NVC Case Number assigned 01/02/09

Case Completed 01/21/09

End of Visa Journey

New Delhi Embassy Interview 03/17/09

VISA APPROVED!!!!!

on mine last touch was 9/1 and 9/23 was approved transfer was on 8/26
