Hello guys!!! Finally everything is ready to be shipped!!! I just need help to fill the postal money order...I'm confused on whay USCIS address I should put...

California Service Center

P.O. Box 10130

Laguna Niguel, CA 92607-0130

or

California Service Center

24000 Avila Road

2nd Floor, Room 2312

Laguna Niguel, CA 92677

I'm going to use UPS for the delivery so I get confused on this...

And I don't know what to write on "C.O.D No. OR USED FOR"

Plus I just saw that on the the cover letter I used the address for USPS delivery...is that going to be a problem or you think they won't care about it?

Thank you again...hopefully we'll be able to ship it out today...!!!

The first one.

uscis I-129f instructions

page 5

used for I-129f fiance petition

Make it out to: U.S. Department of Homeland Security. Do not abbreviate.

Since you're using a money order and not a personal check you will probably need to wait for your hardcopy NOA1 to track the petition.

ok I know i don't have to abbreviate it...but on money order they ask for the address of the "person" that will be paid and I don't know what address I should put for U.S. Department of Homeland Security

No problem, you're welcome. It will feel good to get it sent off.

Although... you're sure to check the duplicate papers 50 or so times even afterwards. ;)

btw... do make sure you tick the box for Part C - Q 2 on the I-129f. It's the most common reason for RFE.
