Thanks for your kind words. Now, how do you move forward? How did you find out when your info was received at the NVC and sent to the your Embassy?

I started calling NVC 3 days after we were approved. The recording there still says they have no record of my case LOL I called over and over until I could talk with a person. Late at night seems to be the best time to get through.

They will tell you if they got your case, and you can ask them for your new case number. Here is the phone number..... 603-334-0700

I can't believe it!!! Just got an email from USCIS saying that I've been approved!!! And both I-129 and I-130 show Approval Notice Sent on the USCIS website!!!

This was totally unexpected...thought it would take atleast another month or two. All thanks to God!!! I pray this is a sign of good things to come for all of you too at VSC!! :dance:

Congratulations on your approval!! :dance: :dance: :thumbs: :thumbs: We just got approved yesterday too.. will the CR1 route go faster than the K3 route as to when it leaves NVC? I was expecting probably a 2-month delay just to get to China..

wrote hundreds of letters - received letter from FBI Records Management Chief stating no security checks
local office interview : 2/21/2008 - brought my parents too (result : you will get approval within 2-3 weeks)
