It's nice to see you guys around...Urge, Edp33, my honey...and all of you who went through the same process at the same time....I remember all of you and your words of encouragement...it helped a lot. Thanks. I also remember Divine Mercy, I wonder how her case is doing.

And Gogo, what can I say...I'm so glad it's almost over for you!!! Thank god.

Hi Gogo,

I am so happy to finally see you got your approval. Hopefully no more snags on the road of your journey will happen. I can answer your question about Divine Mercy. She has her husband home and have their AOS interview on Oct. 31. She is also pregnant again with their second child. They are doing well. As for me, my husband and I are on AP, but the good news is that they have been to my husband's mother's home and did their interviews, so he should be called back shortly for his 2nd interview. Wish us luck and good luck for when you and your wife get to the interview stage.

Deb

HI AGAIN, CONGRATS TO ALL THAT WERE APPROVED, I'M NEW HERE AND THIS IS THE SECOND TIME I WRITE IN THIS POST, I HOPE YOU CAN GIVE ME ANY ADVICE FOR MY CASE...

WE GOT OUR INTERVIEW ON FEBRUARY - 2008. THE OFFICER AT THE INTERVIEW JUST TOLD US TO WAIT 2 OR 3 WEEKS FOR A RESPONSE BY E-MAIL. SHE DIDN'T SAY IF WE WERE APPROVE OR NOT, JUST WAIT FOR HER ANSWER...SINCE THEN, WE WERE CHECKING OUR CASE ONLINE, BUT WITHOUT CHANGE. SO AFTER WAITING ABOUT 3 MONTH WE CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE AND A WEEK LATER THEY SENT US A LETTER BY REGULAR MAIL, TELLING US THAT THEY ARE STILL WORKING ON MY CASE AND IF I DON'T HEAR NOTHING WITHIN 6 MONTHS, CALL THEM AGAIN. IN THE LETTER DON'T SAY NOTHING ABOUT FBI BACKGROUND CHECK. JUST I WAS THINKING THAT COULD BE THE CAUSE BY WHICH THEY ARE BEING DELAYING SO MUCH MY CASE.

ON NOVEMBER THE 6 MONTHS WILL BE COMPLETED, SO I DON'T KNOW IF WE SHOULD MAKE AN INFOPASS APPOINTMENT NOW OR JUST WAIT UNTIL NOVEMBER TO CALL THEM AGAIN?

I WAS THINKING TO WAIT UNTIL NOVEMBER, AND IF THEY DON'T GIVE US AN ANSWER BY THEN, THEN WE WILL MAKE AN INFOPASS APPOINTMENT, WHAT DO YOU THINK?

AS MY AOS STILL PENDING... ON AUGUST WE SENT THE I-765 FORM BECAUSE I WOULD LIKE TO WORK (WE DID NOT APPLY FOR IT WHEN WE DID IT WITH MY AOS) SO ON AUGUST 29-2008 THEY RECEIVED IT. LATER, THEY SENT US A NOA FOR THE BIOMETRICS APPOITMENT, SCHEDULED ON SEPTEMBER 20. THEY SAID ME THAT WILL TAKE ABOUT 90 DAYS TO RECEIVE MY EAD CARD, BUT COULD BE LESS THAN THAT. ANYBODY KNOWS ABOUT IT???

THANKS EVERYBODY SO MUCH...

AOS Sent: July 20, 2007

AOS Received: July 23, 2007

AOS BIO Appointment taken: January 24, 2008

AOS Interview: February 20, 2008
