:thumbs: :thumbs: :thumbs::dance: :dance: :dance: YAY, WE GOT APPROVED AT 2:30PM PST.. THE LAWYER CALLED AND SAID THEY RECEIVED THE APPROVAL LETTER (FROM THE LOCAL OFFICE, SHEESH).. THEY FAXED ME A COPY SO I KNOW IT WAS FOR REAL, WITH THE DISTRICT DIRECTOR'S SIGNATURE..

BOTH I-130 AND I-129F GOT APPROVED!! BUT I'M STILL GOING WITH THE LAWYER AND CONTINUING ON THE I-130 PATH.. IT MAY SEEM LONGER, BUT IT WILL BE WORTH IT AT THE END..

congratulation gogo, it was about time, i am happy too see that all your hard work paid off, good luck on the rest of the journey.

I was supposed to call my wife right when I heard the news.. but I just started crying.. haha, I am currently working at the moment too.. lucky no one came by and saw me in tears.. if I were to talk with her on the phone, I would have surely cried a lot more.. so I waited about 20 minutes and called her, but I still cried.. :crying: :crying: :crying:

GOGO NVC will go faster, just do Loto's guides for CR-1 if you going that route or maybe you going K-3 humm

With Lot's guides you can get through NVC the fastest I seen was like 30 days! Good Luck and keep us posted ok!!!

One thing you want to make sure is the if you pay online it goes much faster.. Once you get your case at NVC, try calling them to get your IIN Number to pay online... This can be tricky and you will have to try more then a few times to finally get, but you can do it! It took me like 5 times, but others it took them anyway from 10 to 30 times before they got it...

Good Luck GoGo...Susie went with a Lawyer as well so her advise is GOLD :yes: ....
