missing Documents..

Help,, I just sent my DS 230 for my husband and it was received by R. Austin on Sept. 12

and now I received a Notice from them that I have a missing Documents and thats the Ds-230

where in it was received by them on Sept 12 and they sent the notice on sept 16 2008..

What would be the right step for me to track this thing..

I would call them to find out what is missing, that is weird. I would ask to speak to a supervisor and tell themt hat you have proof that they received it... Good Luck

11.25.08 - POE (JFK then SFO)

11.26.08 - Visa Journey is Over!! TOOK 737 DAYS....Habibi is Home!! :) :)

12.10.08 - Applied for SS Card

12.15.08 - Welcome Letter Received

12.17.08 - SS Card Received

12.26.08 - Green Card Received :)

Begin Naturalization process 2011 ~ Inshallah

I would definately call and speak to an operator, even though they recieved it on the 12th (friday) 13th and 14th was the weekend, so they may not have began entering the data into their system til the 15th or 16th, calling an NVC operator will definately answer your concerns...good luck

I'm sure you already know this, but the phone # is 1-603-334-0700 follow prompts (1-----5) to speak to an operator...they are available Mon.-Fri. til 12 at night (eastern time)
