I-129F Part C: Question 3

I was looking over my copy of the I-129F packet yesterday, which I've already submitted last month, and noticed that on Part C: Question 3 only 3 options are given which all pertain to answering "Yes" on question 2 (have you ever been convicted of a crime... etc)

Anyways, since I answered "No" on question 2, I have no reason to check either of the 3 options given as it does not pertain to my answer. But, there is no box marked "N/A" for me to check so I left it blank. Should I have handwritten "N/A" for question 3 or is it ok that I left it blank? Has anyone gotten an RFE for this?

01-09-2009: Packet 3 Received (Requesting copy of current passport, Divorce decree, and Birth Certificate NOT late registered)

01-13-2009: Packet 3 Sent

01-29-2009: Letter requesting for additional documents (preliminary interview form, Baptismal certificate, previous passports, school records, all old/new ID cards, evidence of ongoing relationship)

02-10-2009: Additional documents sent

03-10-2009: Interview appointment letter received via E-mail

03-23-2009: Interview (Received 221g requesting another Philippines NBI clearance under married name)

04-03-2009: Sent NBI clearance along with current valid passport
