We did marry in morocco and to get all the papers took about 2 1/2 weeks to complete. We married in November, filed In February and still waiting. I do have to do papers that i have income in USA and he also will show proof that he owns store

ok but how come at the us ebassy in algeria the odnt show on the list anything of the job document or you own anything it could be different rigth what you think all what they ask for is the medical exam polie record and other things but they never ask for anything concerning the job do you think i need to get ready whit that job proud lol

again you first might wanna make sure what happened to your original I129F petition. I believe you cannot have 2 things filed at the same time.

You filed for an I129f - so if you get married prior to approval for Visa, then the application becomes a moot point and you would then file for an I130 in states or DCF abroad -

You already have a filing? what happen with it? and yes there will be papers to show either married or single that the person filing for you can support you and is stable here in USA. Explain what others say about k1 already being filed....

After you get married outside the US, Make sure that all the marriage document is authenticated.. File for CR-1 visa in the nearest embassy in your area.

From what I've read DCF is the fastest processing time, but the American citizen must be a resident in Algeria for 6 months in order to do DCF in Algiers. So it sounds like you have two options: 1) Call USCIS and find out what happened with your first application or 2) start all over with the K3. Your fiance coming to Algeria to get married won't necessarily make it any faster - in fact, since you will have to start over it will actually mean taking longer...because you will have wasted the past 9 months doing the K1.
