When filing the I-751 form I understand I will have to pay total of $545.00 for the application and biometric fees.

My question is for my step-son, do I have to pay $545.00 for the application and biometric fees or just the biometric fee?

Thanks ifor the help.

I think you do have to pay $465 (plus $80 biometric service fee), so total of $545 each.

if you are including the step-son on the application you just need to include an extra $80 for the biometrics fee for him...

but if you have to fill out a separate application for him (if his card doesn't expire within the 90 day window of your spouses card) then he would need to submit the $465 (plus $80 biometric service fee)

Base petition fee plus $80 biometric services fee for all conditional resident applicants. Each conditional resident child listed under Part 5 of this form who is a dependent seeking to remove their conditional status, is required to submit an additional biometric services fee of $80, regardless of age.

Thanks everyone for the replies. I will be including my step-son on my wife's application. I feel like it just made 500 hundred
