I know it seems too early for me to ask about RFE, but i just wanna know what are the common reasons why people get RFEs? Im really scared i might get one pretty soon and it will just delay everything for us, the sooner the better right? I dont know if i have sent the right documents or i might be lacking something. Please let me know if i have sent the right docu and let me know if you think i have a possiblity of receiving a RFE. Thank you very much.

I sent:

Bio info (one for me and for my fiance)

I-129F form

Passport pictures

a copy of my birth certificate

pictures (pics of us together with family and friends and 2 class pictures,i think i sent 9 pictures or more )

letter of intent to marry (not notarized) one for me and for him

cover letter (not that important i heard)

We got one for divorce decrees... try not to worry about it as all you can do now is wait. If they RFE then you simply provide what they ask for. Good Luck

It's really impossible to say if you (or anyone) will (or won't) get an RFE. You know what you sent in, we really don't. But! Here's a thread (21 pages long) discussing K1 RFEs.

People normally do so. You'll just have to wait and see what happens.

Don't sweat it. Looks good to me. RFE's are usually issued to people with more history, and don't see much history for you because you are young students. My guess is that you sail right through.
