Hello everyone! My hubby told me that he has received our Appointment Letter already, Friday Sept.19. i would like to ask if how long will it take for my copy to be deliver here in the Philippines. when he called NVC yesterday, they told him it will take 3-4 weeks, he received his copy 1 week after we were informed that we have a date already.

One more thing, when he called NVC & got our date, it was Sept.11 here, i'm trying to check at the USEM website if they have our appointment, but it always appear, "Case Number Not Found on Appointment List". When will our appointment date appear on their system? How long will it take for NVC to forward them our approved case & schedule of interview after notifying us? Please Help!

When did u guys received ur appointment letter? our date of interview is Oct.23, & we'll be in manila on Oct.15 for the medical & until the interview. Do u think i will be able to received it 2 weeks before my interview? Oh God...napa praning na ako! :hehe:

Ask your husband to send you his copy or fax you a copy. Or you can also request to pick-up the appointment letter/packet at SLEC and you can pick it up early or at the day of your medical at SLEC. There are times that appointment packet arrives late and you will need it for your interview, so what others usually do is just to call SLEC and request for a packet pick-up. They will call you back if it is ready. But since you said your husband already received his copy, then it would be more reasonable to just ask him to fax it to you or send it to you via fed-ex or dhl. Hope this info helps. Good Luck and God Bless.
