Can anyone tell me whether we use the form available at the USCIS website to fill out I134 and have it notarized.

I want to save time and fill this out right now rather than waiting for Packet 3 from the embassy. Or can I only use the form that they send?

One more question, Packet 3 is sent to foreign spouse right? It's not sent to applicant in the U.S?

Any help would be great.

Yes, use the I134 form that is available online at the USCIS website. We didn't get this form from the embassy and I guess your embassy will also not send you one. Just print out the form from the website.

And yes - packet 3 is sent to your spouse that lives outside of the US.

Good luck!!!

Yes, you can download the form and use that but the foreign spouse is the applicant and you are the "petitioner".

Facts are cheap...knowing how to use them is precious...
