I don't want to sound as a deal breaker out here, but these are Nonimmigrant VISA, so naturally they are less scrutinized and have to go through minimal paper work to ENTER USA.

Once in USA, they have to go through a lot more paperwork than CR-1/IR-1 visas and also more expensive in long term.

ofcorse everything is unfair

If you want things to be fair dont place your hope in the hands of government

Here is my story. I've lived problem free life, payed my taxes. One day I decided to marry this girl. But to do so would require her to come to US of A, and so it started. My problem free live turned in to free problems from USCIS! Sure things turned to unsure, certain dates turned to aproximation within months. All logical thinking was out the door, as I filed my papers withing famous Vermont Centre!

You're incorrect... if you're Angelina Jolie.. then you can bring whoever you want as fast as you want relative or not, USC or not, no A/R, no wait times, no processing times...... and then sell pictures of them to make money on immigration instead of lose it like all of US.

I think making me happy is a pretty extraordinary ability.

Maybe we're looking at this the wrong way. Maybe this is a plus rather than a minus.

Suppose you could get your spouse booked on a local cable show.

Maybe he/she has an extraordinary ability that you didn't know about.

Maybe we can use this loophole to our advantage.

All jokes aside, I think it's horrible that the government feels entertainment is more important than families being together.

I mean, if I find a woman that's wholesome and honest and caring, and fall in love with her, it could take a year or longer before

we can be together....but if I find a woman that can juggle while farting pictures of the president, she can come right away.
