hello my fellow member,

I am happy now my wife have just called the nvc and i will be having my interview by next month 28th oct, please i will be happy too hear from some of that have done Cr1 visa in America embassy in Lagos. i have been compiling my evidences of relationship such as, emails,chat logs,wedding pictures, weeding certificate,letter from my family and my friends too, money gram and western union payment,my bank transfer to my wife,....these some of thing that i have for now pls if there is anything that i have not gotten pls kindly remind me and tell me cos i can not wait to see my wife again. i will appreciate any interview experience so that i can know how to conduct myself for it. pls all member remember me in your prayer and i wish some of you waiting for the paperwork that God will lead you through....

EAD Card production ordered: 11-12-2008 changed to 11/17/2008 Why? (I hope it doesn't change every week!)

Received AP: 11/17/2008

Received EAD: 11/22/08 (Praise God!!)

AOS RFE: 1/29/2009

AOS Approved: 3/24/2009

Called USCIS 4/1/2009 told no status change and case not yet reviewed from RFE request.

Received green card: 4/3/2009

Hey James, Congrats! :dance:

If I must add to your list, it would be something as simple as airline tickets. The ONLY thing the consulate asked my husband for was proof that I flew there! So, please, have those available as well.

I'm happy for you,and I hope the interview goes smoothly!

11/09/2007 - Sent I-129F

11/21/2007 - Package sent back to me( I forgot to sign one of my G-325A forms) I cried my eyes out but sent it next day delivery back to USCIS.

11/27/2007 - Received NOA1

02/13/2008 - Received NOA2

02/20/2008 - Package left NVC

02/22/2008 - Case uploaded into Ghana consulate data system

04/08/2008 - Packet 3 & 4 sent to fiance

04/16/2008 - Packet 3 & 4 received by fiance

06/24/2008 - Interview date (God blessings on this day)

06/24/2008 - DENIED visa at interview

06/25/2008 - APPROVED visa at 2nd interview with senior consulate
