hey... somebody have 10 month waiting ¡¡¡¡ :crying::crying::crying::crying:

is Vermont problem? our documents are lost? please... help¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡

After waiting for 15+ months and no end in sight, we gave up. Writing/Calling Senator and Congressman was a waste of time. For 9 months, all they ever said was, in security clearance. John moved to Chile and we are very happy. We now believe this was the better option anyway with the financial mess in USA and the US Govt burying themselves in debt.

jb, have you tried calling vermont center to see what they say, or contact your senator again, your petition is long overdue. i know you have done this in the past, but something is going on, and you need to find out what it is. i know all this is hard, but you and your fiancee have sacrifice so much, now is not the time to give up, you need to fight for your rights as a us citezenship, what ever is going on with your petition, wether is good or bad, you need to know so that you can take the right actions and do what ever is necessary,i know this journey is difficult, but you need to stand in your grounds and fight for your family. the ball is in your hands and you need to take action now.good luck, and let me know if i can help you with anything.

i believe this is the one that USCIS required a biometrics from the US citizen. he posted about it awhile back. Seemed like USCIS had no clue what to do with their petition or process.

Im sorry you have waited 10 months. I would make an infopass? appointment and find out what is going on, you are def past the normal processing time of 6 months.
