ok, called NVC and they have the AOS and are "reviewing" it....is there any notification other than RFE's for the form? Was told that once complete NVC will forward it to the Manila Embassy for "approval or disapproval"....will i recieve notification of this happening?

Also, my wife is able to log onto the Travel.gov site and DL the DS230 and print out the Document Cover Sheet that is required. This seems to be the fastest way to get this done...any suggestions or concerns if we do it this way?

As a rule of thumb, it takes the NVC 1-2 weeks to process anything you send them, a bit less if you paid the bills online. Keep checking their web site to see if you can download the DS-230 which is the next form you have to send them after they process the IV bill payment. It will also take them 1-2 weeks to process the I-864 you said they received and are currently reviewing.
