New dates are posted - exactly on the 15th

The fact that they posted the dates on time maybe a good sign. Let's see what's coming. I am hoping that September be the most joyful month for all of us in terms of approvals.

I do not believe what there are posting, CSC posted LPR spouses moved from 2005 to January 3 2008 how come …………may be just a typo.

I just checked the website for Vermont and did not see an updated list of dates.

Wow. I just checked the website again and I am now seeing the old dates posted as of August 2008. There could be 2 reasons - either they posted the update and reverted back or they are using web farm where the change is not yet replicated across all servers (in which case, wait for sometime to see the updates).

Hope1 also saw the updates based on his/her comments.

This is nothing new.It has happened couple of times that some can see the new processing dates whereas some can't.I'm here for so long that nothing surprises me anymore.I hope next month processing dates will be updated in our favor so that we can complain already because I'm so tired of waiting for something to happen.

my internet explorer browser still shows old dates when i tied the new google chrome browser it showed the new dates. I think a different browser can show the updated processing dates such as mozilla.

Anyone having trouble seeing the updated USCIS processing times. Try to clear your browser cache aka Temporary Internet Files. I did that and I now see the 9/15/08 processing times.

My husband checked the site this afternoon and was very excited to see the dates move forward - especially since it was SOOOOOO disappointing to see the timeline move from Jan 17, 2008 BACKWARDS to January 1, 2008!

We're very pleased to see some progress toward us being together ....!!!!
