Okay my AOS bill fee and a choice of agent form, were they suppose to send me a choice of agent form or are they suppose to send that only to the beneficiary which is my wife?

Received AOS packet on 9/13/08

Vermont Service Center:

11-23-2007: I-130 Sent

01-25-2008: I-130 NOA1 Received

08-26-2008: I-130 NOA2 Approved

NVC:

09-02-2008: NVC RECEIVED CASE

11-19-2008: CASE COMPLETE

Consulate:

Interview @ Skopje, Macedonia

January 20th, 2009

I believe it says the Alien is suppose to fill it out

I married my love on 12/24/07

I filed for the I 130 on 1/23/08

Receipt number recevied 2/13/08

Paperwork sent to Guangzhou on 1/23/09

Interview 5/21/09 PASSED !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Visa 5/23/09

POE 6/2/09

Home 6/3/09

FILED I-751

SENT PAPERWORK 3/8/11

NOA-1 3/10/11

BIOMETERICS 4/29/11

WAITING APPROVAL

They send you a copy of that with your AOS bill for reference only.

04/02/2008-Date I-130 Sent :

04/10/2008-Date I-130 NOA1 (Receipt) :

07/03/2008-Date I-130 NOA2 (Approved) :

07/03/2008-Received DS-3032 / I-864 Bill :

07/12/2008- Date Package Received By NVC :

07/15/2008- Return Completed DS-3032 :

09/06/2008- Pay I-864 Bill : Bill in mail while in Philippines for two months

09/12/2008- Receive IV Bill :

09/16/2008- Paid IV Bill online :

09/18/2008- Bill shows paid online :

09/27/2008- Received I-864 Package :

09/29/2008- Mailed I-864 Package to NVC :

10/02/2008- I-864 packet delivered to Portsmouth NH 11AM per USPS tracking

10/03/2008- I-864 package entered into NVC system

10/13/2008- I-864 confirmed approved by phone with NVC

10/20/2008- In Philippines helping assembly DS-230 Documents to send

10/22/2008- Sent DS-230 package by FedEx to NVC :

10/23/2008- DS-230 Package rec'd by R. Pearse 9:27am at NVC

10/24/2008- Now just waiting for NVC to approve DS-230

10/29/2008- NVC approved DS-230, Called today 11/1/2008 from Phils to ask status and was told the good news!!!

11/06/2008- Interview date set 12/12/2008, Received email reply confirming date but still need letter!

11/20/2008- Letter received in Philippines

11/25/2008- Medical at St Lukes everything ok!!!!!!

12/12/2008- Interview complete but need Marriage Index from NSO. Applied for 12/15/2008

01/06/2009- Got Marriage Index at NSO & took it to USEM, was told they will call when Visa can be picked up

01/16/2009- Visa delivered by Delbros....fantastic!!!!

I am the USC and they sent me a copy of the DS3032 along with the AOS bill too, she recieved her copt in Peru about a week later...in the text on one of the pages in the mailing it explained that the form must be filled out by the benificiary and that the reason they enclosed a copy to me was in case my wife needed assistance filling out the form...I ended up cutting the barcode off the top of the one I recieved and attaching it to the DS3032 that she completed and signed a week earlier...I overnighted it to NVC and a day after they recieved it, it was enter into system and IV bill generated....funny thing was the following day after our IV bill was generated, I got an email accepting the DS3032 we emailed...(email=9 days....hardcopy=1 day)....
