yes, it is getting chilly

I for one, am hot weather lover..yeah the coolness feels nice but it is only the beginning of what's to come

Julianna...good you be losing due to fasting?? I know I feel at least 5lbs lighter and my clothes getting more loose so I am just looking at this fasting also as a way to get healthier and feel better.

I do remember where I was and what I was doing on 9-11

when I hear or see clips of that day it still brings tears to my eyes

and look where we are now? really no closer to getting the people responsible for it

too far from Chicago to meet up and not able to gather the funds to join ya but i will be there in spirit

i wish I could have the chance to meet you sweet souls someday

still praying for us all to hear good news soon!

I am nervous...my husband was suposed to fly into Houston saturday when ike arrives but I was able to move the flight up so that he would fly into dallas being here at 1pm friday....I hope he gets here safely and Im alittle worried

Congrats! Congrats! I'll never forget after working on Hurricane Response and Recovery following Hurricane Charley, when the power was restored at a deputy sheriff's home after 3 weeks of going without (in a hot Florida summer)...he actually walked over to the Florida Power and Light representatives in the Emergency Operations Center and hugged and kissed both men. We were all like - :blink:. :rofl:

so as i am helping my daughter with her math, my son slips a permission slip for me to sign so he can go on a field trip as i'm reading....um it's to italy and costs almost $5,000.00 #######??? whatever happened to trips to the science center????

OMGoodness! When Nour and Zain are his age...what will trips cost?? :( I remember trips to Stokes park (New Jersey) we camped out in disgusting cabins with outhouses and freezing cold showers. LOL
