Hi guys,

My husband came here the day after my interview. I was surprised!!!!

Anyways, Embassy didn't give us the next sched for the interview yet. My Aunt sent a letter to Sen. Kit Bond to expedite the case.He was the one who helped her too two decades ago :yes: :yes: .

Thank you all for the advices and prayers.. I'll keep you p[osted and hope to make things well..hehehe

oct. 6, 2008 ------received AOS bill/paid online

oct. 7, 2008 ------shows PAID

oct. 14,2008 -----IV fee generated/ paid online

oct. 15,2008 -----shows PAID

oct. 16,2008 -----mailed DS230 overnight

oct. 23,2008 ---- RFE

nov. 3,2008 ----- case complete

nov. 26,2008 --- medical exam

aug. 14,2009 --- remedical finally, passed

aug. 24, 2009 -- interview , passed

aug. 29, 2009 -- visa in hand

sept. 24, 2009 -- POE LAX

Have you read here in VJ that the petitioner was not allowed anymore to enter the USEM?

I hope that would not be the case by the time you will have your interview!

Good luck to you!!!!Where did you get those rumors that petitioner/fiance is no longer allowed inside the USEM??...Hmm..I guess because someone complained of how one of the CO treated another beneficiary and the fiance was there at that time been so pissed off. :whistle:
