...do I add ds 156 "k" to pkg to montreal????

Ugh- posted this question in the wrong place again...........

I've read over the instructions - and again- and again and can't quite ascertain if the DS-156K form that came in the pkg form Montreal goes back to Montreal with the other three forms or is just brought to the interview..................................?

If I remember correctly, you bring the 156k with you to the interview and sign it in front of the interviewer. You send the 156 document, but not the 156k.
