When you get there, the guard will ask for the following

1. passport

2. letter from USEM with case number

3. a copy of the email with your appointment details

he will give you a guide that shows the flow of the medical process, then a set of form that you need to fill up. should only take awhile basta make sure you have the following info in hand - the rest should be all about you so madali lang

1. fiance/e - name, complete address, contact #

once you're done with the paper, you need to have it verified by the receptionist and they will get your photo and encode your info in their computer system... the rest should be easy to follow, medyo malamig sa loob (or maybe because it was raining when I was there) so bring something to warm you up a lil

if i remember correctly, i think the process was xray, lab (urine, blood), vitals (check ng weight, height, eyes, blood pressure) , then a doctor will see you to check your immunization history (will check for evidence if you had measles so maghanap ka na ng scar, hehehe, i just pointed to something that looks like it , then after that you will have to leave your documents at the 5th floor to queue up for the physical exam (where you need to disrobe, hehehe) pero this starts in the afternoon at around 1:30 so they will let you have lunch before that

and hwag masyadong magworry sa mga nurse and doctors, i think they're just too tired of the routine stuff so some of them are masungit pero most of them are friendly keep smiling and be confident!
