I am still in shock - I checked my case status first thing this morning(4:30 AM EDT), saw there was a touch 9/4/08, clicked on my case # and OMGOMGOMG it said 'Approval notice sent'...

I have not received the email from CRIS but I think it is for real - I was halfway hoping the approval would come before the end of Ganesh Chaturthi this Sunday but didn't really expect it - what a wonderful birthday gift from Lord Ganesh!!!! I guess he really got tired of my begging LOL... :lol:

I can't wait to tell Govi when he comes online - I am so happy right now!!!!

Thank you guys, it is so exciting...

The CRIS email was in my SPAM folder so yes it's official... :dancing::dancing:

I just finished chatting with Govi and he is so happy FINALLY our prayers were answered - JAYA GANAPATI...

So now he and I both have a lot of work to do - I am sad Govi will not get to go to his village in the Terai for Dashain and Tihar but it is imortant that he stay in KTM these months - we will hopefully be able to go there next spring when I go back and he will be coming home with me!!!!! :dance::dance:

Im sooooooo happy for you! This has been one heck of a long wait, and really Im thrilled that finally your case is moving!

Don't just open your mouth and prove yourself a fool....put it in writing.

It gets harder the more you know. Because the more you find out, the uglier everything seems.
