HoHoHo - have you checked whether your file is getting transferred to CSC with the rest of us? Either way you are out of processing times now - what did they say when you called them last?

not even a touch in, i'm loosing track, let me get my calculator.... uh, 8 months

according to them all is well and normal

I'd assume they are blackballing my application if it had been touched but it hasn't. Nothing. no RFE, not any correspondance nothing

I have no faith in politicians doing me any favors, so I've avoided that last resort of resorts. Those still have form filled out to my congressman sitting on my desk and a letter I penned.

I mean, whats reasonable to wait until I say #### you USA thanks for nothing? 2 years? 5 years?

I'm sick of bullshitting my wife saying next year... next year....next year.....

....by the way, i havent seen any real I-130 approvals from VSC in quite sometime...i wud say close to a month...i have seen transferred but not approvals...has anyone else?
