line jumper? i need 7 surgerys in my lower back and your saying line jumper? i have serious heart condetion and your saying line jumper? i filed the first i-130 in jan of 2007 and it got denied because they lost my evidence at the local office and its been two years and your saying line jumper? and i dont really care if you have sympathy for anyone or not

HOHOHO is just being a butthole, ignore him. Like others have stated to request an expedite you call the service center (have your case number in hand) and request an expedite. They will contact you within a week and request proof to back up your claim. You then mail and/or fax (I did both) the proof to them & within a few days you will get a decision.

I got an approved expedite (national interest/military) and it took 44 days total to get USCIS approval on the 129F. Good luck!
