I haven't seen any expedites for medical conditions yet. Could be just me, though.

Military is what I have seen.

Good luck to you.

Life's just a crazy ride on a run away train

You can't go back for what you've missed

So make it count, hold on tight find a way to make it right

You only get one trip

So make it good, make it last 'cause it all flies by so fast

You should go ahead and fax it as well. THey have expedite request fax line.Let me find it:

Here we are, this is only for CSC: (949) 389-3441

Good Luck +

You should call the USCIS number which is 1-800-375-5283 and ask them to file a request on your behalf.

I would call and fax both of them.

Peace

That would be why you havent heard anything, to make it official you need to call them and request for an expedite, at which time they will send the request to whatever service center you are with, then the service center will contact you in whichever way you stated they could when you called USCIS to request the expedite. From there you wil need to mail them or fax them the back up evidence for your expedite request. You will have a response from them in about 3-5 days stating if they have approved or denied your request.

Yes you need to call them and tell them that you are requesting an expedite based on medical reasons, they will get your information and forward it to the service center, and let them know that you sent the information with your I-130 and they may or may not ask that you resubmit everything.
