usem call center

hi there guyz. i called usem to follow up my document verification. i texted delbros and they replied telling me that usem did not send any request to nso to verify my documents. and its been 3 weeks now.

i spoke to usem immigrant visa rep but she told me to call the (call center) which is the long distance number but, apprently the location is still in manila. i tried a couple of times and i just wasted my cellphone load to call this no. but nothing happend its hard to reach them.

do i really need to call the usem call center to follow up the status of my delbros document verification to be requested to nso? or is theres any other way to contact them?

you will just waste your cellphone load if you use it in contacting the call center..you will never get through..you can only use pldt/smart landline..goodluck!!!

i can call them really using my cellphone smart load but its to muchh time of waiting.... is theres anyway to contact them?

Normally, it would take 30 days for the US Embassy to request document verification from the date they received the case from NVC. You see, it really depends on where the case came from. But you or your husband need to call the US Embassy call center after 30 days.

i guess we just going to wait. its useless if we do follow up the status of it. it doesnt make any sense if they not going to make any action of it thanks guyz
