Hakuna, matata, Roy! I love The Lion King!

I feel so numb i just had my dental today and had some anesthesia.

Me, too. Nagpa-cleaning today. I think I have locked jaw because mouth was open for one hour. It's very thorough the way they do oral prophylaxis here di ba? Complete with x-ray and they measure how much the gum has recessed. Very high-tech. High-tech din the price!

Does anyone of you guys knows what kind oor type of wine is used in making tocino? Or any types will do? Thanks :)

Anise wine? I googled that noon pa kasi hindi ako marunong mag-tocino  I don't even know what anise wine is.

Thank you. Oo nga mahal dito, sana sa Pinas co na pinagawa before aco umalis. Sa Pinas the dentist told it will cost me between P6000 to P12,000 for the root canal. Yung pasta kace sa isang ipin co na-infect eh. Dito co pinagawa, charge is $650 for root canal one tooth. (That's wow, it's like almost P30,000 na dito. Lol, it's good thing at half lang charge saken kace kasama aco sa dental insurance ng husband co.)

I will look for that wine here. Thank you. :)

My friends and your loved ones,

The long weekend passed by and back to the grindstone we went this morning. After a whole day's hard work, what would have been more ideal than enjoying with your loved ones the adobo or the caldereta or the pancit or the escabeche that was set on the dining table? Then you had the food chased by a glass of your favorite red wine or by a bottle of your cherished beer or by a shot of Johnnie Walker on the rocks.

Some of us Filipinos, or otherwise tied up to Filipinos(as), although we are not sots, are quite known to be legendary lovers of the hard beverage. Everyone has his favorite drink; could be San Miguel Pale Pilsen or Tanduay Rum or Mondavi Merlot or Berringer Chardonnay. To my compatriots in the Ilocos provinces, it could be the ever sweet basi, or to my fiancee's kababayans in Davao, it could be the 3 day old tuba. As for me, my favorite drink at happy hours is gin and tonic, it goes well with the free appetizers. At home, if I have company, a bottle of Fetzer white wine is always on ice. How about you, what's your favorite drink?
