I-864EZ approval

Did any of VJers who filed I-864EZ have any problem getting their AOS approved? I meet all the conditions require to file I864EZ, but I just want to make sure. Better be safe than sorry...

One more question:

I see in other threads that some are having problem sending the packet to NVC....in terms of packet not being picked up by NVC people. What method is recommended to send packages to NVC? Regular mail or Registered mail to get receipt back when someone picks up the packet?

I definately suggest that you sent it express mail and then you could check online via usps.com to see what time it was received and also get a copy of the signature by email. Good luck.

USPS next day is the cheapest.

You can use UPS, Fedx or DHL too.

And you can track your package.

I will suggest USPS which is the best.

And if you will notice that USCIS & NVC recomends"USPS".
