Aug 15th I-130 Approvals @ CSC, did u receive AOS Fee Bill?

Hi. i am a 15th August approval at CSC. I was at VSC then my case was transferred to CSC on August 6th, and was approved on Aug. 15th. I received my case # from NVC, on Aug. 22nd. did anyone receive the next step, i mean AOS fee bill or anything else? lets keep in touch.

Our progress dates are identical...I found out that our DS3032 and AOS bill was generated on 8-28 from a live rep. but haven't got it in the mail...I haven't been able to get our IIN yet either...

congrats. i will call NVC tomorrow to check if my AOS bill and DS3032 were generated. I am hoping i will be receiving it this week.

I called NVC today and talked to a live Rep, and she told me that my AOS fee Bill was generated on August 29th.

When will I receive it in mail?

Do NOT WAIT stuff in the mail!

Can take forever if you will. I never got AOS fee bill in the mail, or 3032 in the mail. Did everything online and phone AVR.

I got only IV fee bill in the mail, 2 of them, after it was paid already.

Just go by Loto's guide, AVR, get IIN and pay online.

Will save you a lot of time.

It is getting the IIN that is difficult, at least in my case, I have been trying for a week and still have not been able to get anyone to give it to me...

It's still faster than waiting it in the mail I think. I got my INN in the mail with IV bill, but everything was paid by then.

Just keep trying, evenings are easier, after 9:30-10 pm eastern time.

Just ask about status of your case, if the AOS fee bill was generated already, they have it for sure. Ask " can you please give me the Invoice Identification Number". You can add that you would like to have it for your records, or your senator's office wants it or your lawyer (I guess it would be a lie, but might work), it does not really matter to them. I was given IIN when I called at 10:45 pm eastern time, before I could finish the sentence she was already reading it to me. Nice lady with slight accent, I think asian accent. So just keep trying.

They do have it, and they do give it in the mail anyway, with instructions for online payment. So the system works.

Guys/Gals,

Don't wait for AOS Bill and DS3032 to show up in your mail. Call NVC and get your IIN number. That way you can use case no. and IIN to pay AOS bill online. I got my IIN in two attempts. It may take longer/shorter than that for you guys depending upon what agent do you get.
