Notarized explanation of how and when you first met and why you decided to get engaged.

List of all engagement ceremony guests, their relationship to you, their addresses and phone numbers. please do not include immediate relatives.

Itemized phone bils, e mails, and/or postmarked letters or cards showing your correspondence.

Photos of you and the petitioner before, during, and after your engagement

Notarized statement signed by the applicant's parents stating they approve of your wedding.

Notarized copy of your fiance's passport.

Family trees of the petitioner and beneficiary back to their maternal and paternal grandparents. please include all uncles and aunts and their children. please also include their addresses and telephone numbers.

voter's ID card and voter's lists for the past 5 years for the beneficiary.

Please submit the above requested items and each applicant's passport to your nearest VFS office. they will given receipt of documents and passport by VFS. plz do not submit items piecemeal; submit all rrequested items together. NOTE- if your visa will be approved will sent by courier. if we require additional documents, a request will be sent by courier. the fee for returning these documents is rs. 337/-

THT WAT THEY GAVE MY FIANCE , N NOW WE R GOING TO SEND THEM SOME DOCUMENTS LIKE OUR FAMILY TREE, ENGAGEMENT GUEST LIST FROM BOTH SIDE , A LETER FROM MY PARENTS SAYING THT WE'LL GET MARRY AS SOON AS HE COMES HERE, OUR ENGAGEMENT PICS SINCE WE DON'T HVE ANY OTHER PIC, PASSPORT COPY , PHONE BIL, EMAILS, GREETING CARDS, AND A LETTER THT EXPLANES HOW WE MET N WHY WE DEXIDED TO GET ENGAGED,, IS THER E ANYTHING ELSE WE NEED TO DO? PLEASE LET ME NOE , IT WOULD BE A GREAT HELP,

This RFE sounds like they don't think you provided enough evidence of a continuing relationship. The more evidence you can give them the better. Have you been providing any financial support? Bank statments or Western Union receipts would be good evidence. Notorized letters from family and official forms that show proof of contact, like phone bills, are excelent evidence. You are on the right track just get as much proof as possible.

Hi, my fiance received the same form 221 (g) at the time of the interview. We recently submitted all but one of the requested items. It had been over a month and so we wanted to get them in as soon as we could. What will happen if one item is missing? Thank you for your help!

sounds like by the list of evidence they want that they think it might be a relation of yours, yes you will need as much stuff to prove it otherwise. you need to supply as much paperwork as you can to prove otherwise. if you missing one doc. hope it is a small piece of the puzzle good luck

we send them effidavit of support from me n my dad, a notorized letter from my family saying tht we'll get marry as soon as he comes here, phone bills, emails, myspace chatting, yahoo messenger messages, QUESTION I SEND HIM STUFF FROM EBAY, N WE HAD THT RECIPT IN THE PACKET TH WE SEND TO THE EMBASSY BEFORE, DO WE NEED TO INCLUDE THT IN THE 221(G) LIST OR THEY JUST WANT EVERY PROOF FROM HIM LIKE WHT HE SEND ME? OR SOMETHING , B/C SOMEONE TOLD ME TH T I DON'T NEED TO INCLUDE THT B/C THTS SOMETHING I SEND HIM N THEY WANT EIDENCE FROM HIM, NOT FROM ME? PLZ TELL ME WHT TO DO WITH THT, SAME FOR EMAILS DO WE INCULDE THE EMAILS I SENT HIM OR JUST THE ONE HE SENT ME?
