The question number 36 means if anyone in the past ever filed a visa petition for you. Your fiance now is not counted for that. You will put No if no one in the past ever filed visa petition for you and only put yes if there is anyone in the past has filed a visa petition for you.

Correct! K1 VISA is Non-Immigrant type, so answer should be No.

May I add another question for DS-156...

How long will you stay in the US? I just can't think of a specific answer.
