Danm... I can't believe that this people still don't have our case...How on Earth is possible that it takes almost 1 month for them to get such a thing processed ? like if it wasn't enough to wait for almost 4 months just to get the NOA 2....Thanks US government :thumbs:

It took 20 days for them to receive my petition. They sent me a notice from NVC confirming the petition will be forward to consulate in a week. Now it is over a week already, and still stuck at NVC.

2/7/06: NOA 1

4/17/06: NOA 2 - Notified by email; petition approved on April 13th

5/19/06: Still waiting on NVC to receive approved 129-F....(what's the hold up)

6/10/06: Involved congress person

6/19/06: Rec'd letter stating that inquiry was made to both NVC and USCIS regarding status of my petition

6/21/06: Travelled to go see my better half (boy was I excited)

7/3/06: Left my love once again (hopefully we shall see eachother soonest)

7/10/06: Followed up with congress person

7/10/06: Notified case was sent to the wrong place (go figure...how does it take 90 days to push paper from one location to the next) and has now been forwarded to NVC

7/18/06: NVC received case and has now issued a case number

what can i say..... i am waiting now for 24 days...... and it has n t yet even arrived at the NVC.. as they say.. so, what a hell can it be on the way from CSC to NVC for nearly 1 month??????????? am frustrated and soon hopless too.. i thought the bloody endless waiting time was over after NOA2.. i was very very wrong..... :crying:

sounds bad, but the only little hope i have now is, that am not the only one.... it sucks, realy.

i pray for all of those waiting and waiting, that very soon this bad time is over.

By the way, another waiting time which seems to be endless is, i ordered my police certificate from Kenya over 4 month ago!!!!!!! haven t got even this up to now.. am fed up, what can i say. :angry:
