09-03-2013: Inline for interview (Yellow letter received: 10-23-13)
11-04-2013: Interview scheduled (Received: 11-09-13)
12-12-2013: Interview (Approved)
01-03-2014: Oath ceremony, passport application and passport received

08-14-2008- Approved!!! 216 days...

08-21-2008- NOA2 Hardcopy received

08-27-2008- NVC Receives file, NVC Case Number issued

09-05-2008- AOS Fee Bill and DS-3032 Generated

09-06-2008- E-mailed DS-3032 to NVC

09-11-2008- Received Hardcopy of DS-3032 and AOS Fee Bill

09-15-2008- Mailed Hardcopy of DS-3032

09-16-2008- Paid $70 AOS fee online

09-17-2008- Received E-mail confirming the DS-3032 Agent

09-17-2008- Printed Coversheet for AOS paperwork

09-17-2008- IV Bill Invoiced

12-16-2008- Sent I-864 EZ to NVC

Thank you guys...

I'm so happy right now..but knowing that I still have to deal with NVC and then wait for an interview date for my wife, i hope it doesnt take as long.

My friend from my country who got transfered to CSC also got approved on the 26th, she's not on the forum though.

To all the people waiting I hope you get approved real soon.

:dance: Hurray!! I too responsed like you. I walked into the house with purse on shoulder files in hand going through the mail when I spotted the blue USCIS logo. I quickly dropped everything to open the letter and to discover that WE WERE APPROVED!!!!!! HURRAY!!!!! WE ON OUR WAY :yes:

08/29/08 IV bill "PAID" status (AVR says , they received DS3032)

08/29/08 DS-230 generated

09/02/08 DS-230 and required documents mailed

09/03/08 DS-230 form arrives at NVC per usps

09/15/08 CASE COMPLETE(32 days no RFE)

10/15/08 sent to consulate
