OK, so I'm looking at the medical questionairre, and that vaccination table may as well be written in Cantonese. So, would someone kindly advise me how much I'm looking at for all the jabs I need?

Also I've noticed the following excerpt from the questionairre:

"Special notice for K and V visa applicants: although vaccination records are not actually needed for such visas, they will be needed for the permanent residence application you will be making once you travel to the U.S."

So this means that I don't actually have to have these jabs on Friday at my medical, rather I can wait until I get out to the states if I so choose, yes?

And the photos you need for the visa. Do you send those off with the packet 3 forms, or do you bring them with you for the interview?

Thanks muchly.

The costs depend on what you need doing, if you go to the surgery's website, I'm at work so I don't have the link, it will give you an idea. Add that to the £180 for the medical.

With regards to the vaccines, they are actually needed for the AOS, however some people try to get them done on the NHS beforehand (like I'm going to try and do) or say at the medical that they are going to get them done afterwards.

Not sure about the photo's, I think you take them to the interview but someone else may be able to confirm that.

I know - I was just couldn't make head nor tail of the requirement table, and was hoping somebody that had been through it already could simply put a figure on it for me. For the record, I'll need everything done.

That's what I'll be doing if we're talking silly money.

Depending on your age, you might not need everything doing. I found a link which shows what you need at what age http://www.usembassy.org.uk/cons_new/visa/...ccinechart.html

I also found the visa medical site http://www.visamedicals.info/us-price.asp

Some of those you'll be able to get on the NHS.

Some passport photos will be for the medical and some for the consulate. Your checklist will tell you.

I know that, but I was just wondering if I attached the visa photos to the visa forms to be sent off before the interview, or take them to the interview.
